I'm closer to them in latitude and the only snow left is in mounds at the ends of parking lots (and the artificial stuff they have up on Rib Mountain).

They live in Canada. Once you hit the border, it's snow as far as the eye can see, even in July. How do you think we maintain our igloos?

My wife is in New Orleans visiting my stepson and his wife. They all went to a "Paint your Pet" painting class, and my stepson used this pic as his reference pic. Rather than go for realism, he opted for something more stylized.

He calls it Bark Obama.
