a Trump vs Clinton United States Presidential Election in 2016

Who do you vote into the office of USA President?

  • Total voters

That's a pretty good article and it's spot on. No matter how this election turns out, it has fucking devastated the culture of the US for a long time to come.
I don't see how the election's changed anything besides perceptions. A lot of (naive) people thought the U.S. was better than it really is. Can't solve a problem with acknowledging it exists. Trump didn't create the culture that allowed him to get this far; he just exploited a resource that already existed.

Yes, but it has brought to the surface and fostered an even greater divide than there was before.

In a sworn affidavit on Dec 23, 1998, Juanita Broaddrick denied an “unsubstantiated, hearsay claim” made by the Paula Jones’ legal team that Bill Clinton had invited her (as Jane Doe #5) to a hotel room and forced her to have sex.
Under oath, Broaddrick said the rumors were “untrue”. Here are the relevant sections of her affidavit, per the Washington Post (my bold):

3. I met President Clinton more than twenty years ago through family friends. Our introduction was not arranged or facilitated, in any way, by the Arkansas State Police. I have never been an Arkansas state employee or a federal employee. I have never discussed with Mr. Clinton the possibility of state or federal employment nor has he offered me any such position. I have had no further relations with him for the past (15) years.
4. During the 1992 Presidential campaign there were unfounded rumors and stories circulated that Mr. Clinton had made unwelcome sexual advances toward me in the late seventies. Newspaper and tabloid reporters hounded me and my family, seeking corroboration of these tales. I repeatedly denied the allegations and requested that my family’s privacy be respected. These allegations are untrue and I had hoped that they would no longer haunt me, or cause further disruption to my family.

So, did she lie under oath then, or is she lying now?

It's also worth mentioning that Ken Starr's investigation asked her about it and felt her testimony was "inconclusive".

If Trump wanted to run against Bill Clinton, he's 20 years too late. As it is, going after Hillary on Bill's account is a worse case of "too late" than when Hillary and Obama were going after George W Bush in the 2008 election. Bill isn't running. Yeah, he'll be back in the White House, but he'll never be president again. It doesn't work that way. It's not like he tagged her in or something.

I don't expect Trump to know or understand any of this though.

It'll turn out that Hillary has been dead for years, it's been Bill in a wig the whole time.

The only valid claim in this vein is that Hillary worked hard to destroy women who accused Bill, publicly, politically, economically, and emotionally, regardless of the validity of those women's claims against Bill or not.

Unless people come forward and claim they were abused more directly by Hillary, though, she can merely claim she was just protecting her family and it may continue to appeal to her base.

And also, is there evidence of her actually doing that? Yes, she had some harsh things to say about Gennifer Flowers and Monica Lewinsky, but is there evidence of her actively attempting to "Destroy" the accusers?

I mean lets be fair. If Bill Clinton was in this election he would probably get tossed on his ass for his philandering as well, and rightfully so.
.
Oh not just philandering. I didn't include all the women he philandered with with consent. Just the three that said he sexually assaulted/raped them.

why does your wife have a poor understanding of consent?
Charlie, are you saying that if you were in the White House and the president--any president--came onto you, you would feel compelled to consent?

That's my question, not hers. If she wants to continue this, she can log on herself. In any case, she thought your response was hilarious, so what do I know?

Guys, I know insulting Charlie is a thing, but you can't say Trump abused his position of power, then turn around and say someone else with a lot of power clearly did not.
Of course Bill abused his power, but saying he abused his power and saying it's impossible to consent to being sexual with the president are two different things.[DOUBLEPOST=1476553064,1476552996][/DOUBLEPOST]
I swear, I posted the FTFY post before reading the response to @Zero Esc!
Your internalized misogyny is clearly disrupting your position in the space-time continuum! :aaah:

I agree. But Charlie took this far past Bill Clinton, to insult any woman who genuinely likes some man in power.

Or is just horny, or wants the thrill of fucking the President. Or any number of motivations that a woman has for wanting to have sex.
