Aww, not Ron Perlman.
Didn't know Hellboy was going to be a DLC character for Injustice 2. Weird, but cool. I look forward to trying it out when the GOTY edition is a Playstation Plus reward sometime in the near future.

Was wondering that, if maybe we'd get one last bit of Perlman as Hellboy before the reboot. Damn.Aww, not Ron Perlman.
Huh... I wonder if picture 11 is why Black Mesa feels harder than Half-Life 1. I'm pretty sure Black Mesa doesn't have the "only two enemies attack you" mechanic, which makes it really easy to get overwhelmed by enemy marines when there are four or five of them at once.Lies developers tell to make you feel better:
I think you might be remembering PS1 graphics being better than they were. The resolution was awful and the textures were hideous. You know what I miss? Playstation 1 era graphics. That Golf It video made me realize it. There was something about giving you just enough of the picture and letting your mind fill in the rest. Like Medievil or Sly Cooper. Those games had a neat diorama feel that made them a little spooky.
I'm more thinking of the PS1 games I've been playing on the Pi lately. The thumbnail just reminded me of it.I think you might be remembering PS1 graphics being better than they were. The resolution was awful and the textures were hideous.
That Golf It game looks more PS2/Dreamcast-ish to me.
Some gaming platforms age well, some others.... PS1/XBOX1 did NOT age well.I think you might be remembering PS1 graphics being better than they were. The resolution was awful and the textures were hideous.

But PS1's are still highly sought-after as audio CD players.PS1/XBOX1 did NOT age well.
Based on the memes, all I know about is shirtless Mario.
Semi-related, did anyone watch yesterday's Nintendo Direct? Anything good going on that wasn't already announced?
I laughed WAY too hard at this.
It'll be 10 years since HL2Ep2 next month. There's nothing "soon" about it.TOO SOON!
I'm pretty sure Marty time travelled from those unfinished tracks. What I get from the picture is that in the future the story will be finished.
You just have to think four dimensional.I'm pretty sure Marty time travelled from those unfinished tracks.

Reports indicate that Gaben responded to that meme by not working on Half Life 3.
I often wonder what exactly Gaben DOES work on any more, if anything.Reports indicate that Gaben responded to that meme by not working on Half Life 3.
Collecting Steam Trading Cards. I hear $1.6 billion of his fortune is locked up in them.I often wonder what exactly Gaben DOES work on any more, if anything.
Also TIL Forbes estimates Gaben is worth $4.1 billion. With a B.
Aw, it would've been funnier if he was worth $2.9 billion.I often wonder what exactly Gaben DOES work on any more, if anything.

I'm probably talking out of my ass here, but whenever something unexpected like that happens, my first thought is always malware.Okay, what the hell? I just tried playing a game, but when I clicked on the shortcut on my desktop, it asked me what program to use to open it. It says it's a URL file. But this game - Dead Rising - I've played multiple times and used that exact same shortcut. Why is it suddenly doing this?
And of course, being an idiot, I thought I'd just find the Dead Rising launch file and use that. So now ALL my game shortcuts are the Dead Rising icon. Fucking hell.
