Eh, this sounds like it would break the game design, assuming they are deliberately trying to keep you moving from place to place, and discourage you from setting up a permanent central location anywhere.

TBH, I don't really find the teleport restrictions that annoying. So far I've been able to either easily find extra metal near new bases, or I just make outposts to smelt metal for gear and move some back to a central location to fully update workbenches/forges when I get around to it. It's also a good way to find serpent meat for stew, which is as good as lox meat pie (which requires an artisan table).

This is referred to as an Alpine coaster or, apparently, a summer toboggan.

Although I find their criticism around the 2:00m mark about leveling and having to fight the bosses a little weird: isn't that, like, 99% of video games ever made?

I really want to do big builds in Valheim, but I also feel like they will end up big and empty unless I want every room to be a feast hall. I find that I'm happier only building as big as I need to put in necessities. Hopefully the next update helps. I also feel like just something simple like letting me mount everything on an item stand would go a long way here.
