New Picture Thread

I have been trying to find a way to say this without coming off weird. your hair color reminds me of like the pattern of a red fox?

IT LOOKS NICE THOUGH! YOU ARE THE BEST!
Aww thank you! It kinda does!

I never really thought of it, but I like the comparison.

I mean, you don't HAVE to wear the necklace. Make 'em guess.

Lol that's the cross of saint peter, the founder of the first church. I was raised catholic so for me this cross symbolizes how the church was corrupted by man over time. I do hide that when I don't feel like explaining to people it's not a devil worship thing

Not of me...new furniture.
A year or so ago, we replaced our sofa and recliner. I bought what my wife wanted, which looked nice in the house, but was super uncomfortable. The cushions were hard and unforgiving, and the furniture itself was on the smaller side compared to the previous furniture. The sofa had an immovable cubby/cupholder space in the middle, so there was no laying down on it, and it only seated 2.

Well, when I moved to texas, I Inherited the crappy furniture, and she took the more comfortable sofa from the loft area. Since I don't really have to listen to anyone's opinion but my own these days, I sold the uncomfortable furniture on FB Marketplace a few days ago, and my new recliner just arrived. Sofa to be here in about 10 more days.

Big and tall size, so I can sit sideways in it (as I have a penchant for), big floofy cushions. super comfortable. I'm pleased.

Can I crash at your place?!
Absolutely. I traded out the uncomfortable, no laying down on, no snuggling couch for this one specifically for the comfort of one or two people :D

edit:
Old couch looks nice. But it wasn't cushy--those cushions were tight and hard. And that center console..well, if you wanna make out with a friend, best move to the floor, because it don't move or come out. And laying down? Forgetaboutit And, it's about 10 inches narrower than the new couch, so nearly half a foot lost in each seat, so it felt cramped.

Biggest downside? New couch is power-recline. Which means it weighs almost 300 lbs because of all the motors and stuff.

Got my haircut today. Funny enough, my barber was a guy I worked with years ago at Value Village. I knew he'd become a barber from his posts on Instagram, but I didn't know where. So it was a funny coincidence when I decided to go to this place for the first time.

I'm getting Will Riker vibes from this picture. Does anyone else get Riker vibes?
