Being from the area, a little of column a....So, just popped by the title company to give them my escrow check. They had some old fliers on the counter, so I grabbed one.
I think "cruising" means something different to them than it does to me. But you never know. I could get lucky

That one surprised me, too. He was either swiping, or it got mixed up with nicknames. I'm guessing swiping, knowing him.

@PatrThom had a customer at work ask me what the "4-pin proto Cat-6 port" was for? I asked him when he was born....1999.....I then asked if he had ever seen a landline phone in his life...."only at his grandparents house"....so yeah....
my apartment is so old that there are phone jacks ALL over the place, including one in the bathroom just above the commode
I know I've said it before, but the Touch-Tone desktop phone at my father's house is still hardwired with spade lugs.

My house was built in 78. I've got phone jacks all over, as well as conspicuous eye-level power and coax plates where obviously somebody decided they wanted to mount a TV up on the wall. First thing I did when I moved in, though was run new Ethernet drops in the hall closet and office, so I could put my modem, wireless AP, router, and ethernet switch (an Aruba 1920) in the closet for best coverage. I had intended later to run more drops to the bedrooms and the living room, but it never became high enough a priority, since none of those locations ever ended up with equipment that absolutely needed wired ethernet.
