You know, when I turned on the sound, that was not the accent I was expecting.
For some reason when I watched the video without sound, I mentally heard a male voice with a Russian accent.

That's a fair expectation, but Texas does get a LOT of out-of-state people moving/visiting here, and generally (but not universally) the locals with the deep southern drawl/twang are not the ones using tiktok.
