What planet for our player city?

My wife and I are interested. We are casual player and our first official town was on Tatooine. I had a level 3 town which I turn over after I quit after the new combat/game enhancement changes.

We already got client..... somewhere.

The official policy is "when its done", but the tentative date is June 30th.

Also, it would be nice to have someone else besides me to run a player town.

OoOoOh this is eeeeenteresting. I dunno what I want to be, but I might have to go out later and buy a new copy, if I can't find my one around here. :heythere:

Oh yeah, I think Bespin would be cool, but that is not an option.

nah. I got legit copies. I just want to play in the old world like I use to. If we have a Halforum group, that would be cool.

Of course I might not put in as much time as I use to when I originally play (my wife and I had 2 account each)

Play around with the Prof calc. A suggestion would be to have a dedicated crafter as an alt.

Since we can have multiple character I would love to re-create my two characters (I had two account)

Architect/Armor maker
Medical Doctor/Ken Tare sai (I think that is spell correctly)

my wife would remake her
dancer/seamstress
pikewoman/doctor

Basically, it boils down to that they are going thru the code, and optimizing it, cutting out the deadweight so they can maintain and add to it a lot easier.

So, "when its done".

The Nova Test Centre works great, though. They have been hosting tons of PvP and PvE events every week.

The alpha test center is running, and is playable, but the full server, Suncrusher is not up yet. The devs are running through a code cleanup/restructure that will make it far easier to maintain and develop in. As soon as that is done, Suncrusher will be released.

Nifty side note, a guy donated several servers (HP Proliants, AFAIK) to them, so whatever role the dev team uses the in, it will make for a smoother game experience.

Oh I am going to have to look into this I loved the crafting system and dynamic resource system they had, made doing crafting and shopping interesting and as a Ranger with subspec into survey I was building towards a resource gathering empire before I realized the neglect Sony was giving the game.

They are dropping a ginormous update here in the end of August/very early September.

And that is the best sign of a game's success: When you can play it without having anything to do with combat.

Looks interesting. I only played SWG for a total of 4 months or so, and that's was with one break even. Liked the custom classes, did not like the combat. Was still a pretty fun game to goof around with crafting and music in though.

No idea if I still got my CDs laying around. I may have thrown them away after they did away with the old professions, as there was no chance of me comming back. Throw me a PM with the client, please! Just in case.

That client download page looked scary! Luckily I located my CDs. So provided patching and registering is not too hard (or too scary) I should be online, soon.:)
