Lead and Gold: Gangs of the Wild West - $5.10
I'd be interested in RE5 if I hadn't heard it's quite co-op oriented. I prefer single player experiences. Also, the PC port for RE4 was a huge pile of crap, and I have no desire to get burned by another possibly crappy port.

And no, it doesn't count as me missing some, apparently some Steam sales (or some games outright) aren't available in my location. For example, Bioshock wasn't available on Steam around here until after Bioshock 2 came out. Nevertheless, posting the games I do see on sale probably still helps some.

Apparently pricing can be radically different by country as well. I'd been checking out a thread in the Steam forums that keeps track of not only sales, but when games drop permanently in price, and that's just hugely complicated dealing with different areas.

No typo, it's really $4.99 here. 75%-off of $19.99, apparently the US and Canada got a price drop last month that the rest of the world didn't (according to the Steam Deals and Price Reductions! thread on the Steam forums).

Borderlands is probably one of my favorite games of the year, but I'm a HUGE post-apocolypic style fan (Mad Max, Doomsday, A Man and His Dog) and I enjoy cel-shaded graphics so it went hand in hand for me. Problem is, it's too expensive to get the main game and all 3 xpacs, which is really when the game feels more complete.
I warn EVERYONE now, do NOT get Saints Row 2 on PC. It is more than a terrible port, it's down right unyplayable.

Prototype is fun, but it gets old quickly. It's a shallow button masher. It's similar to God of War but with less interesting gameplay.

I love the hell out of Prototype, but yeah, there's not a whole lot of depth to the game. It's fun as all hell, though and I'd say worth 15 bones to buy. Not sure if it's all that great on PC, though. I've played it on 360 and PS3 and they're pretty much identical, there.
