/threadIn this phallocentric culture, mondays are hated because they are the day devoted to the moon, wich symbolizes everything feminine.
I'm glaring at you so hard right now, the monitor is bleeding. My monday this week was awesome. I slept in until 1:30 in the afternoon, spent the day preparing to DM a section of a DnD campaign, and very soon I'm going to walk to my friend's house for the premiere of House.

"Sounds like someone has a case of the Mondays"

Because Monday's suck. One of the busiest days of the week for me (Wednesday being the worst), having to catch up on two days of backlog, having duties that are performed on Monday's only that just take up time and are only "productive" in the sense that they are done, and really, they just suck. Why do so many people hate Monday’s? Is it the fact it's Monday? Or is it simple because it symbolizes the start of a new week of work/school? Would we hate Monday as much if our work/school week started on say a Wednesday?
