It's leftover ingredients night. It's like leftover night except we take as many scraps of leftover ingredients and other staples we have laying around and make a meal.

I have Rice and lentils with roasted garlic and onion, a little pancetta and some guajillo salsa for a little punch. It's not great, but considering I don't have any money until tomorrow, I'll take it.
