I wanted to make a nice comfort food dinner for Callistarya so I made:
Chicken fried pork chops with country gravy
pork stuffing
steamed corn

Got no money at hand to order something and my fridge is practically devoid of all meat and veggies, (sigh, sundays) so scrambled eggs it is.

Pork Shishkabob! Marinated in a sesame ginger sauce, on the stick with onion, zucchini, mushrooms, orange pepper, and plantains (the last one there is an experiment). Served over rice.

Should be good! BBQ is heating up now.

Last night, Red Lobster with steamed Snow Crab legs, Lobster tail, Shrimp Scampi and some fried shrimp.
Tonight, beef and chicken fajitas.

Been a good two nights.

Last night, Cajun Dirty rice, very spicy and filling, will have for lunch a couple of times this week also.

Tonight... not sure yet, might be fajitas, might be pork chops, mights be something else, I just don't know.
