I thought something similar when I wrote it... but, of course, I didn't think of simply saying it, I started typing an explanation... and decided it was too much effort.

I mean, I wouldn't have been cool either.

From statistics to Spanish-language three-way.

That has got to be some sort of a derailing record.

I love me some stats, and I'm glad to see we're growing at a good rate, now that we've kind of settled in and made our space on the internet.

D'ah, I was gonna try and beat you to it! I put it into a translator and got pretty much that. You need to get on vent!

More stats for you. This time I took a screen print. Since we are still in November I decided to check stats from October 1-15 and matched them to November 1-15. Pretty cool considering that October 1-15 has only 4 weekend days while November has 5, which means that that hurts November numbers.

I got so excited when my blog broke 200 absolute unique visitors. Then you post this :humph:

On a more serious note though, this is good to see, especially since that means that there are hundreds who come here who we don't hear from.

Kinda makes you feel like a monkey in a cage, doesn't it?

No kidding, but it also means Halforums is starting to have a noticeable effect on the web. Not only by showing up in more search results, but links we post can increase traffic enough to, apparently, get attention. I posed a link to a blog recently, and got a shout-out in thanks.

More cool stuff. This is a comparison between November and October of this year. We're still growing, even though October had 1 more day and November had the Thanksgiving weekend.

For an even better look, here's November versus September.

See, what did I tell you, you use social networking and it puts butts in the seats ;)

Most of the new people we have (that I know of) are here because of specific topics. We've had a few from the cosplay thread, a good number from the DDO addon thread and don't even talk to me about the Kanye thing.

So while social networking works okay, most people getting my Tweets & FB posts already know me and HF.

I wonder, how much of the newcomers stay and become active members? I forgot his user name, but the guy from the HIV forum, for example, seemed quite nice and interesting, but I haven't seen him/her around outside their introduction thread and such...A lot of the people who come here for specific topics don't seem to transition to general topics quite so well...
Other than that, yay, growth :)
