From the show family matters. He was the nerdy neighbor who wanted to bang the daughter. In later seasons he got too good looking and had to use a wacky machiene to transform into someone cool.

His catch phrase was "did I do thaaaaaat?"

He was also into cheese I think.

I never watched Family Matters, but when I watch clips like this, I kinda wish I did.



3:05-3:11 is absolutely priceless.

Family Matters was awesome and I think it holds up better than most of the other TGIF shows.
