First off - I'm not linking it at the moment. Don't want to screw anything up right now.
Second - Every active Moderator is planning a Coup. No idea how they're going to do it, but they're hoping that once German guy gets back, he'll step down and let one of the senior Mods take over for him, who will then remove the powers of the 14YO.
FYI, he was chosen as a moderator because he actually acted mature and thought things through, and was actually fairly intelligent. Then he was given admin status shortly after because both he and the German guy regularly visit /b/. This was when the triumvirate started. Not that anybody with some sense got a say in this.
Keep in mind, the other place is relatively small compared to here. A couple dozen regulars, dozen or so stragglers.
Any other general questions, I'll answer.
