I had to chase some asshole who broke his fucking recognizance by maintaining contact with his spouse (after a domestic) as well as deciding to smack the shit out of her again through the FUCKING half frozen swamp behind their horrible little house in the middle of the horrible little reserve.

The coffee pot is to far away from my desk. This really cuts down my productivity in the morning. After alcohol and smoking are gone, coffee is my only remaining drug. I wonder if I can convert this little shelf I've got (which is completely fuck all useless as it's to small and in a bad spot to actually hold anything useful) into a coffee maker. or at least a hot plate to keep a pot warm...
My laptop has been out for repair for a couple of weeks now. When they shipped it back I told them to ship it to my parents house that way someone would be home to sign for it since I would be at work. So imagine my surprise when I receive a phone call from my parents this morning saying that they received it at 10:30 p.m. last night. Apparently the stupid delivery person delivered my laptop to the wrong house and my neighbors received it. Luckily they realized it was for my parents and gave it to them but I am still pissed off as all can be. I mean it is a blasted $700 laptop and they just drop it off at the wrong house?! I am going to give quite an earful to the delivery company when I get off of work tonight. 
Sounds like a typcial weekend on the Rez. Stupid fucking nish.

Boat maintenance?
OMFG..... I just had to clear a house with an open door.... I was wading, LITERALLY knee-deep in household detritus. Clothes, boxes, papers, THANKFULLY no pet waste (this time), but mold and everything growing in random locations. The house has power, because there were two radios on in it, and SOMEONE is coming and going, because there were clean clothes hanging up, and a fresh bottle of juice next to the fridge....
If anyone's ever caught the show "Hoarders," this house has them beat. Seriously.

Yeah, the guy not following his recognizance wasn't surprising. The surprising part was how quickly he was willing to wade through waist deep half freezing mud to escape. That day was fun.

Your child/ children are old enough to make decisions for themselves to a certain extent. I know this because they made the decision to tell me to piss off when trying to coach them. Please listen to them when they say they no longer want to train karate. It wastes everybody's time. Also this is not a baby sitting service, do not drop your kids off if they will not follow rules. If you do, do not complain when we have to punish them.

Argh, I've had it with your judgments. You cast off religion because you said it was stuffy and archaic, but you talk shit about everyone you know who happens to have kids outside of marriage. It could have happened to you. You fucked your boyfriend before y'all got married. These girls aren't promiscuous or stupid. The only difference between you and them is a broken piece of latex. Also, they're much kinder.
Catching plagiarism is growing tiresome. I have no desire to move these kids along but I can understand the desire to not deal with he confrontation and the bureaucratic hassle. Mostly I wish they came into my class better prepared and less cynical about the benefits of education. I've caught three out of a class of 28 students with 6 more papers to go. If the trend continues, I might still catch another one. Hooray.
