Just because the shows took place around the same time doesn't mean they took place in the same time frame! There were no crossovers... that I'm aware of.
Considering they have a revamped series out right now, where they (Mystery Inc.) are younger and still in school, it doesn't seem like that anymore.

If you had said they are hot as young adults, you'd be saying what you're driving at, but seeing as you're using hotness relative to their age, you had to have considered them hot prior to them being young adults.

Uh.. yes it does. Not INSTANT, obviously, but in 2, 3 months.. yes. Indeed. And it's happening when they're younger and younger... 13 year olds today look nothing like 13 year olds 12 years ago when I was 13, let me tell you.
