I almost posted a picture of it back when I bought it because I was so proud of finding something so nice all by myself. I'm a terrible shopper. I emailed the guy to say sorry I missed his email (he was asking me out for this afternoon) and to tell him that I should have told him before that I have a boyfriend... but that we can still hang out if he doesn't know anyone on campus yet. I'm not really expecting a response.

Jake thought it was very funny that I was skeptical about a guy asking me out. He knew y'all were right too, but he tried to be diplomatic. Oy.
I don't really know if this is a win or a fail, so I'll put it here.
I am officially unemployed. Yes, that's right, the company I worked for was so bad that losing my job is a plus. Not having the paycheck anymore is the balancing minus. I'll have to see how things go and see if this tips one way or another on the Win/Fail meter.
