Somebody was playing it on JTV earlier. It's basically the same game as 3, with new weaponry and new mechanics. Take of that what you will.

I liked Fallout 3. It wasn't as good as Fallout 2, but it was still a very rewarding game. Tenpenny Tower still stands as one of the most memorable quests I've ever done. Took bloody vengeance for that one...

I know it's going to play like 3. I'm hoping the charm of 1 and 2 returns with the so many of the Black Isle guys working on it.

I have high hopes for this game. If we're lucky, it'll be a combination of what made Fallout 3 good, what made Fallout 2 good, and all the good mods from Fallout 3.

If we're unlucky... well, at least I still have Fallout 3 and all its mods.

Despite some of them being crap (Zeta, Anchorage), mediocre (Pitt) and actually pretty good (Point Lookout) I am ready for a game that actually tastes like Fallout. West Siyeed.

Point Lookout would have been better if ANY of the items you got in it were worth a shit. I actually liked the The Pitt more, as the rewards you received were actually interesting and fun.

Is this an addon or a whole new game? For God's sake it's $50! It better be a whole new frickin' game!

(Of course, I won't be able to get it until Nov. 1 thanks to those bastards in the IRS.)

Does anyone find it weird that all Obsidian seems to do is make sequels for other companies? Alpha Protocol I think was the first game they have made that didn't have the first one made by someone else like Bioware or Bethesda.

That's what happens when you're not big enough to fund your own projects.

However, Fallout is more Obsidian's than it is Bethesda's.

Obsidian is my favorite underdog developer. Their games are almost always universally flawed, but contain genius within.

In my fantasy reality, Bioware would just purchase Obsidian and merge teams with them.

I love it. When my hard drive crashed I was able to reinstall my games from 1 place (not having to find all the disks) and all my saved games were still there!

Damn it... I was all stoked to play this last night and then I learned that it would unlock late as hell... LAME!!!

Tonight though... tonight New Vegas will feel my wrath! :D

really? I would think a shitty internet connection would be mine.

I would probably pick this game up, but am currently playing Mafia II and then I'll be sinking time into X3 once my flight stick comes in from Amazon.

guess I'll be waiting for a sale to purchase.

Reviews are starting to come in. Apparently the game itself is great but as always there are technical glitches that severely take away from the experience.
