Ah, okay. I've never played the game. The first time I had cosplay of the charater in this thread, I think it was labeled unknown.

That first Warhammer 40k guy (the one with the claw) is Commissar Sebastian Yarrick. He's famous for essentially becoming a boogieman for Orks. When he lost his arm in battle, he picked up an Ork power claw and started killing them with it. When they said his eye could kill an ork, he had a laser installed in it's place.
