Maybe it would be better if you edited your original post instead of explaining what you meant in a second post. Less confusing for the rest of humanity.

Time to nerd it up:
1. Kovu is not blood-related to Scar; he is his adopted son, so Kovu and Kiara are probably not close relations.
2. Simba and Nala are related, but not the way the artist thinks. Lions are polyamorous, so it's not a given that they're half-siblings; however, females in a pride are almost always related, so it's a near certainty that Simba and Nala are cousins of some sort.
