What the hell is that? It's awesome.

Obviously it's a modded cartridge, it has an on/off switch, a dc power plug, video and audio out, I can't tell what is running across the front of it though. A button for some mysterious reason in the slot, and I can't make out what the pins would be....

I humbly request more information sir.
