This. i won't even read the other proposals. I want a new jagged alliance game so god damn much- System Shock
- Jagged Alliance
That series died when Contract JACK failed to sell... at all.No One Lives Forever.
Shadowgate got a crappy N64 game. Deja Vu was originally a PC game, but the GBA version actually has the sequel to it on it.-Shadowgate, Deja Vu, The Uninvited (no necessarily those games, but maybe iPhone/Android remakes and a return to those style of games)
That's because there was almost no Cate Archer in the game. She's the star, pure and simple. That series died when Contract JACK failed to sell... at all.
No, it was actually because it was boring as hell. They took out a lot of the exploration element and made a more straight forward FPS game instead. That's because there was almost no Cate Archer in the game. She's the star, pure and simple.
No, I actually did not. you've made my dayDo you guys know about Jagged Alliance - Back in Action?
A thousand times yes!Legacy of Kain... with the writers they used for Soul Reaver and Defiance
Seriously, it just needed one more game to finish the saga... damn you capitalism and the profit motive...
For that you'll need to suck that dick.Lunar....
I would let Jay suck a dick for a real Lunar sequel.
Well you'll be surprised to know that another JA is in the works and there are rumors of a JA MMO as well.This. i won't even read the other proposals. I want a new jagged alliance game so god damn much
I think Nautilus Manufacture folded a while back and now most of the staff works at Mistwalker. Even if they didn't, Aruze Corp still owns the rights and they mainly only make pachiniko machines. Someone would have to buy the rights from Aruze.Shadow Hearts.
I'm with ya on these Nintendo and SEGA both have some good/bad idea for Shadowrun. I didn't like the new PC/PS3 shadowrunMore of a wish list :
- Chrono Trigger (best RPG of all time, best music)
- Shadowrun
- Phantasy Star (not the ONLINE SHIT)
)
Chrono Trigger: There is no reason Square couldn't do this, except that some of the biggest minds behind it are at Mistwalker now.More of a wish list :
- Chrono Trigger (best RPG of all time, best music)
- Final Fantasy (the old good style before they started to forcefeed us shit)
- Romance of the Three Kingdoms (the strategy game not the dynasty warrior shit)
- Lufia (before they started making SHITTY action-rpgs)
- Secret of Mana
- Earthbound
- Shadowrun
- Phantasy Star (not the ONLINE SHIT)
- Baldur's Gate (or any fucken game based on D&D that isn't developped by fucken morons)
No, the problem is...Earthbound honestly should be a bigger franchise than it is. The problem, I think, is that it feels like it's an American-set RPG, but done in Japan. That's speaking as a big fan of the original.
No.Final Fantasy: I still say 12 was great.
They don't quite a few and I own them all, beyond ROTK 7-8 though, they are all lacking, X on PC and is OKish but they all feel... incomplete.Romance of Three Kingdoms: Didn't they make a PS2 one? I'm pretty sure they did.
Like? Bad wording, they were no where close. That's like saying Dragon Age 2 is like Dragon Age Origins.Lufia - They stopped making good Lufia games after Rise of the Sinistrals. It was 2-3 crappy GBA games after that and they were pretty much like Lufia 2.
I'm currenting playing Mother 3 on my PSP with an emulator, it's been good so far but just started it.Earthbound: Never going to happen, mainly because Nintendo can't seem to make money off of them.
Absolutely, try an emulator of Phantasy Star 4 on the Genesis and take it from there.Phantasy Star: I never played this series... is it worth it to track them down?
NWN games never felt like D&D, just D&D in spirit. They got classes, they got skills but essentially is not the D&D experience I love and expect. They are OK games. NWN 1 was nice because it offered worlds that DM can create but I still feel it was no where close to what I was expecting.Baldur's Gate: Did you not like the Neverwinter Nights games? I'd almost call Mask of the Betrayer the successor to Planescape: Torment.
beat me to it.Oh, and Half-Life. /drum fill
I just played through HL2 and the episodes again a couple months ago. They still mostly stand up.I think HL is overrated.
1 was better than 2, but I'd settle for something as good as 2. Evil Genius just isn't enough any more.I didn't like Dungeon Keeper 2 as I did one. It was tons of fun!
