Just When You Thought Disney Couldn't Squeeze Anymore Blood Out of Rocks.

I am lenient towards this. Why? Because my theater also has 2D showings. :p Now I get to take the kid to see the classics!

....I always wanted to see Ariel in 3D.

My dream is to wake up in a motel room beside Snow White, caressing her white soft buttocks after I'm done and sing softly in her ears, "When you wishhhh upoooon a staaaaar."

Wife will only let me do that if I also get her a "Hugh Jackman as Wolvarine" body pillow with extra bulge action. I don't know if I can handle waking up to me snuggling up on that, since I find myself often stealing my wife's pillows in the morning after she leaves for work. ;)

Rerelease and we will get
All those greenbacks from your pockets
As our revenue skyrockets!

Monster's Inc., Nemo, too
And maybe Toy Story 2
Then The Rescuers and Bambi will be next
We'll 3-D up our classics*

*except for Song of the South, we would prefer you forgot about that one entirely.

If they weren't adding 3-D to these movies, I'd be all for this. Re-release your classics in select theaters in HD! Hell, put a theater in Disneyland/world that plays classic movies and cartoons ALL DAY LONG, in HD. Many people are too young to have seen the classics in theaters and many older folks would love to relive their childhood with their kids/grandkids.

When movies are rereleased in 3D or in some other way my first thought isnt "damn they are really milking this" it is "will this be fun?" I don't care if they are trying to make money on their stuff that doesn't mean I have to give them my money. I just want to think through whether or not I want to do that. I enjoy 3D and there are quite a few Disney movies I would enjoy in that format.

I don't see why you guys are bunching panties over this. Disney is a business. They milk the shit out of their products. Why is this a problem?

Because the time/money they waste on this, they could spend on new ideas. Obviously?

Princess and the Frog is one of the few films I've ever enjoyed from Disney with small exceptions like Lion King.

I think they have enough resources to do this and many other things while also developing new ideas.

Yeah Disney don't make money on your stuff while making other stuff. That would be bad.

I don't know why you're so mad, Shego.

It's not like Disney can be relied on to make good new animated films anymore. :awesome:

Tangled wasn't the worst thing I had ever seen, but when it's your big #50, that's not a good place to be.

"UMADBRO?" Really? I just like real conversation/banter/discussion. Not the argument skit from Monty Python.

It's like you just met me.

I was disappointed with Tangled although I did think that Mother Gothel was a great villain. She gave me the creeps. Heh.
