I would like to see this study

Teenagers who drink lots of soft drinks get into more fights and carry more weapons than their peers who drink less, found a new study.

I drink a LOT of Mt. Dew in my gaming days. I don't get into fights and carry weapons. Heck, my fighting days was BEFORE soda, so in my case soda mellow me out ;)

Kati's comment was that perhaps the children who come from households with an environment likely to allow overindulgence in sodas might also be in an environment where a child could grow up with violent tendencies (lack of control/overly permissive).

Ha, I also came in, saw the appropriate "correlation != causation" statements had been made, and thought, well my work here is done.
yea. that is why I wanna see this so call "study" and use ;)

It is funny that today society people are so quick to blame something else other than themselves.

I'm angry that we're being charged $1.00 or more for 16oz of flavored, carbonated water. I want to punch a soda jerk IN THE FACE.
Personally, I want to go back in time to the person who came up with the idea of bottling tap water and selling it for as much or MORE than pop, shake their hand, and then punch them in the face.

Personally, I want to go back in time to find a person, any person, and punch them in the face for absolutely no other reason than to see how it affects the future when I return.
