I looked over the thread and I'd like people who are interested to edit their "official" I'm in posts to be a bit more clear.... it's weird since others liked certain of their replies but not their original post.

As for the rest, kindly share your Likes. I should have LittleSin's answers Monday or Tuesday and I'd like to play with the video a bit before putting it up which may take a few days.

Also, you'll be doing all interviews with a bottle of scotch in front of you. Every question asked will be another glass until the bottle is gone.
I ain't expecting to go back to the front of the line, but I just Ackbar'd the hell out of my original "Bring it on" post.

As a Frenchie, I didn't understand what this meant, so I image googled pinup... the first option I found wasSweetie, you're cute and a cosplayer. Toss the Frenchy a pinup, and it's in the bag!
Is it sad that I own all of that except the white top? - even the guitar. (Minus of course that I have the fabric to make that top...0.O)

You have not given enough information. Which flavor of MPEG are you starting with? MPEG-1, -2, or -4? And since AVI is merely a container file, you did not say which codec you wanted to use inside of that container. I ask because AVI can already contain MPEG, so I don't know if you're looking for something which can actually transcode to a new format, or something that just rewraps an existing MPEG into an AVI container.
Either way, this will probably do the job without leaving the comfort of the GUI.

I've had good results with MediaCoder. It's not user friendly (well, not when I last used it), but it is pretty powerful.

I've updated the first post with clear links to the interviewee threads and well as to their download links. I also vandalized the application posts of those who have already gone through the ordeal since it began with a custom-personally made picture. TAKE THAT.
I'm looking over the thread and before I move on my next selection kindly note that I'll only consider those applicants who have ONCE AGAIN updated their posts with the NEW AND IMPROVED "I'm In" logo that must be attached to their posts. Must make sure only the deserving get considered! BWA HA HA.
Since our.... forum admin gave us the new ability to interact with people's posts, why not go back in this thread (this applies to all) and tag a few likes and loves and whatnot for your more interesting candidates who'll be my next vict- I mean.... volonteer?
And lastly, I enjoyed the co-host option and will continue with previous-interviewee to assist hosting the next interviewee. I hope others enjoyed it as well.
