I think this strip confirms the hand has, if not a separate soul, at least a separate consciousness. We're going to see a battle for control for Dies's body.

I hope he doesn't become a villain.

Though I now think he's probably the one with the biggest chance of defeating Kore now.

Thunt's exaggerating, but yeah... Psions are OP. Few things gave resistances to psychic attacks in 2nd and 3rd edition, so characters with psychic based power sets would generally run roughshod over anything that wasn't psychic based themselves (which would usually eat them for lunch). This is why mindflayers are so dangerous.

Oh god. That's one of those things that just because you CAN doesn't mean you should.


And it just dawned on me that I don't know if this guy can be beat, really.

Forgetting that he can make heads explode, even if team minmax beats him, once they complete the maze of many it'll all reset. They'd have to unmake him like he just did that other minmax.

That's a pretty heavy thought there. Are they capable of doing that, though, or will they have to trick him into doing it to himself?

Wait, what if they force him to complete the maze? That'll get him out, but they'll have to go through again (and again...)

So, Why the hell haven't I been reading this comic earlier.

Tight pacing, interesting characters, good story arcs (though, I'm not really sure about the Maze of Many arc so far).

The finger monster thing is the stuff of nightmares...

Something about things getting thrown in the holes and being completely forgotten within seconds as if they never happened seems to touch a funny nerve in me. I can't stop laughing at the past two strips.

Man, I didn't realize it had been a full year.

This just really goes to show the fundamental flaw of action based story comics. I remember someone mentioned a comic that updates more like a print comic and I wonder if goblins would benifit more from that style.

Anyone know where the print copies cut off. I'm thinking about getting them for a friend for christmas and if they cut off in the middle of the infiltration into the city, It would be a crappy place to stop.

I'm pretty sure they are as they appear in the archive. I don't know if book 3 is in print yet though.
