I know. I like to go back and put strikeouts through posts I've made that I later find out are patently wrong. Not that happens often, you understand...

Well then, if I can't edit my post...

I am still in. :)

If you all will let me anyway. (Which, those who deserve cosplay pictures - I'm working on it, I promise! Even if it takes me a little while, you will get your dedicatory picture, it will happen.)

I pretty much whore-d (maybe not the best word..?) myself in my original post - anyone who liked it I would let them pick a cosplay of mine, I would do a photoshoot and dedicate a picture to them. Pretty exciting. :)

D'Aww, do you really think so Bones? You are a stud. (LGS is me right? Or am I just..you know, being presumptuous.)

Fuck it. Edit your posts. I'll talk to the offending people that caused me to change it in the first place.

whoa, I was just joking around, I have no issue with whatever the rules are as long as you make them clear.

Keep on adding hoops to jump through, eh? Sounds like you only want to interview the most compliant of the active members...

I suggest you decide who you want to interview, and send a message and ask them. If they decline, move on to the next person you want to interview. Why bother asking who wants to be interviewed, then making them jump through hoops to stay in the running? There's a whole group of people between the "willing to sign up in the thread" and "refuse to be interviewed" bins.

I don't understand..he only asked for people to put a picture in their OP to indicate they still want to be interviewed.
It's the second time he's required people to go back and edit their original post (both times with two different pictures) to indicate they still want to be interviewed.

Either he thinks some people are no longer interested, and he wants to avoid asking someone if they only did the first edit, or he's testing people for compliance with excessive requests (which is unlikely but funny to think about).

I haven't gone through the thread to see who has done this to their original posts, but I'm thinking that it's narrowing his selection down quite a bit.

I'm not complaining - I'm just pointing out that it's interesting to me.

Well... a lot of time had passed due to the holidays and quite frankly going through Gusto's interview and getting 2 posts after it went up makes me wonder if the whole thing is worth it anymore. :)

If I can offer any suggestions, I'd try to limit your interviews to less than a full hour. Maybe around 10 minutes or so. That way it's not as much work to do it and people can listen to it on a whim. It took me 15 minutes just to download the interview. I'm not saying that you're not interesting, or your interviewees aren't interesting, but Titanic was only 3 hours long.

I second this. Some of the best interviews I've ever seen have been in the 10-15 minute range. Basically, you're trying too hard. The interviews themselves are the real draw; you don't need to try for such a grand production.

For me, I like the interviews the length that they are. I barely know anyone here, so it's nice to hear them chatting with someone else for a while. I don't think 15 minutes is long enough. Maybe 30 minutes at the very least. But thats just me.

Also, psh, I totally commented! :)

LKS or bust Jay!

Alright, I should have my next interviewee selected in the days to come. Obviously those active in this thread get more... interest.
