Maybe he found LOLBat's secret cave beneath the mansion (ugh, I still can't say that without tasting my lunch again), and Butler had to... take care of him.
I would be, actually I don't think Scott (aka Kurt aka The Tastemaker) gives two bits a forum community he pretty much threw overboard think of him. As for those close to him... well, we pretty much burnt down our bridges with Kris - a sad fact indeed - so I don't think he'd be much interested in looking around here, either. Not that I would mind seeing Straub here; he struck me as a rather sensible fellow and a webcomic author worth noting. Kurtz, on the other hand... well, best not go there. For the record, I wouldn't be in the least bit surprised if Kurtz or someone close to him does follow this board in some fashion.
Because DarkAudit antagonized him on Twitter and mentioned us specifically.Scott's posted in this thread before, no?
When you're starting something of that nature, it's hard to tell which characters are going to matter in the long run and which ones aren't. When I did my webcomic, I introduced one character as the main antagonist, and then he ended up being good buddies with the main character. So then I intended them to go have adventures, but he ended up getting left behind almost every time. Since a webcomic goes up as you're doing it, its planning has a very fluid nature. It's funny, but seeing "Jase has always been a sideline character" makes me wonder why Kurtz had him and Francis premiere the strip back in the dark ages of Webcomics.
I think it's a new thing with the site revamp.PVP has an in-character blog?
http://oglaf.com *site has NSFW updates*The previous blog, Adventure Time with Cole: The Pig Brigade had more content, but wasn't that interesting. Seemed like too much set-up for a pretty lame DMing joke.
I don't know, was Carlos Mencia usually 20-odd hours late to his gigs?Kurtz steal content? Next you're going to tell me he's the Carlos Mencia of webcomics.
There's a book you should probably read Dave.Because as a long-time reader, I have a relationship with the characters and care what happens.
Battered women taste better than fried women. Especially if the breading used is Italian blend herbs. There's a book you should probably read Dave.
It's just Null having something else negative to say about Kurtz...I can't wait to see what kind of contortions Scott's defenders have to do to excuse this latest round of bullshit.
Honestly, I think it's cool if he wants to leverage people's comments on his comic/site like that. It doesn't take a tastemaker to predict where this could have gone before the new design went up.I can't wait to see what kind of contortions Scott's defenders have to do to excuse this latest round of bullshit.
Yes, because lord knows he hasn't warranted any negative opinions...It's just Null having something else negative to say about Kurtz...
Some of his action warrant negative opinions, but at a certain point perspective is needed: He's a webcartoonist. Ignoring him is as easy as not visiting his website and not following him on Twitter.Yes, because lord knows he hasn't warranted any negative opinions...
You just keep coming across like a Liberal that listens to Fox and Friends, The Rush Limbaugh Show, and the O'Reilly Factor. Just so he can have something to bitch about the next day. That's a hell of a thing to say in a discussion that is expressly about him and his work.
