I had a gout flare up and was taking Vicodin for pain management. Anyone who has taken a narcotic pain killer is familiar with the level of constipation those can induce. Thusly the poop I took no less than ten minutes ago could described as thus:

Neither feels "good" to be placed on a "which feels better" scale, but I'd say a days-long poop rock is more relieving.

Back when I first went to college I had a serious (ridiculous) phobia of public dorm toilets, so I held my poop in for a whole week and pooped at home each weekend.

It didn't seem absurd back then, but thinking about it now, that is ridiculous and I can't believe I did that.
