This feels appropriate for obvious reasons.
You know what my biggest issue with this is? Its Seth MacFarlene doing the voice. HE ALWAYS DOES THE VOICE. Every friggin' side character on that show is voiced by him. Its cool when someone like Billy West or Hank Azaria takes damn near every voice on their show, cause they have the chops to do it. But Seth MacFarlene simply does not. All his voices sound the same.

And that's part of the joke.
I think its him wanting to squeeze even more money out of it for himself rather than actually hire people who know what they're doing and bring some quality to the show. I'd believe it was part of the joke, if it were only on Family Guy and not also on every other thing he does.

At least he does get Ralph Garman to do a few. But sheesh.

Seth MacFarlane is a good voice-actor, he doesn't need any more actors. He needs more WRITERS that's for sure, if we've all seen the newest episodes. There not THAT bad but they get a little...deep.

Please go buy/rent/torrent Sophie's Choice and watch it.
Ah man, I've been putting that off for like EVER. I don't think I'd be able to watch it without crying.

Edit: It's not just you LittleSin. TO CONFUSE IS THE EFFORT OF ALL YOSHIS! WHICH IS A DIFFERENT SPECIES FROM THE DINOSAUR BUT LIKES BEING COMPARED TO THEM BECAUSE THEY ARE CUTE! And NOT useless in Smash bros, shut up Fred you just don't know how to use him. Fred is my cousin.

The only remotely "deep" episode of Family Guy I've ever seen was the one where Bryan talks about committing suicide. They even filmed that one differently, with very little goofiness or music. But even that one was barely a surface scratch.

The one with Brian and Stewie locked in that vault was the first time they did an episode without the segue to random humor.

I hate it when peter hits his knee or whatever and does like 5 minutes of that ow noise.

My biggest issue is Family Guy musical numbers are NEVER funny. They're usually directly lifted from whatever source material he's homaging without any changes.

And that Conway Twitty thing has to be the most obnoxious filler any TV show has ever come up with.

And one of the few episodes I liked.
...me too. But nowadays Seth tries hittin' the drama card a little too much. Remember the kidney episode? How serious was that one? I'm not saying it's bad but...man.

I disagree with the musical numbers, but agree 100% with the Conway Twitty. My lord that was annoying.
