That's the bomb eh?Thursday I went to the doctor to go over my lab results and xrays from my routine checkup. Please note that it's been 6 years since I've been to the doctor at all, I eat a lot of red meat - like almost every day - and I don't exercise. I also drink a lot of soda. So I just knew that the doctor was going to tell me that I needed to eat better and that she was going to prescribe me medication to lower cholesterol or blood pressure.
Imagine my surprise when everything was baseline. Everything. She was amazed and said, "You could afford to lose a few pounds but other than that you are the paragon of health. We could use you as an example of how a 46 year old white guy should be."
So not only is it not skin cancer (it's benign), but I'm in GREAT physical health. This alone has helped with my stress levels. So you fuckers ain't getting rid of me yet!
Bleh. I eat right, and exercise every freakin' day, and I still have borderline cholesterol levels.
