Still think it's odd-looking and unneccesary.. I understand people's desire for cosmetic surgery (outside of an accident or something like that), but I don't like it.

It's the fact that she wants to get cosmetic surgery to make it more permanent that makes this creepy. If she just liked using "extreme makeup" to look like a doll, then hey, that's fine. That's only a bit further than costuming or any of the other hobbies that people take up. It's if/when she crosses the line to wanting to become that doll all the time that it turns weird.
