Also, if you guys ever want to do old raid content, we've been known to do that from time to time. I wonder if when we're all 90 with OK gear if we could 3-5 man Arthas. I would love to see that content so much.

It's only 10% now. And terrible. They randomly hotfix/nerfed it last week.

Of course there's no tank loot from it, so I will laugh at any str DPS who bitches at a tank for rolling on "their" gear.

Was yesterday the first day? People were already getting funky about drops. I had a whole series of tells from a random group member that I shouldn't roll on a certain ring at the start of the fight.

I tend not to do the holiday or special stuff. This character is the first that ever went to the Darkmoon Faire, for example. No Brewfest stuff for me. I've only gotten Halloween candy once.

I guess it can be fun for certain people, but I ain't that people.

Darkmoon Faire is great now that they basically added 5 free skill points for all your professions. That's pretty much the only reason I go there now.

I did all the holiday stuff once to get the violet proto-drake. And of course, I queue for the purps when there's a holiday boss.

(EDIT: Queue for the purps sounds dumb, but I'm leaving it)

Well, it took 3 days for Blizzard to tell me to suck it up on Reige.




Hey there,

When a guild leader remains absent for an extended period of time, it can be difficult for the remaining members to proceed normally with guild activities. With the growth and prosperity of the guild in mind, patch 4.3 introduced a new feature in which active members of a guild are able to request promotion when their guild leader has become inactive.

If a guild lead is gone for more than 90 days without logging into World of Warcraft, he/she is considered inactive.

When this happens, the game automatically notifies members of the top 3 ranks (under the guild master) that they may take guild leadership. This way, guild leadership can be transferred to the highest-ranked active member of the guild.

The goal of this was simply to allow guilds lacking a present leader to resolve the situation without needing to contact our In-Game Support department. This was something that had been done by our Game Masters for the past few years before it was put in game.

I so don't want to go to their forums. Last time I went there the Derp was strong with that group.

We've poked ol' BH to no avail. We have less than a month to wait so I guess being patient will have to do.

On another note, I have a full set of PvP plate now. It's the Contender's Revenant set (linked item is the helm). But since pretty much every item was better than what I had already stat-wise, it's gonna get enchanted until I find more in raids/instances.

That's because you can only get loot from him once a week unless you have Elder coins (which you're restricted to 3 a week and can burn them quickly in LFR) the reason he's not dead is because there's noone left that hasn't killed him already this week. Just info.

That's.....shitty. World bosses used to be rad server wide races and caused huge amounts of world PvP. It was awesome. To see one sitting there without two or three of the big raid guilds gathering around him skirmishing bums me out.
