The lone human would be Samuel L Jackson as Nick Fury.
Black Widow should be Janice.
Also Hawkeye should be Scooter...so that Gonzo can be Loki.
Save Miss Piggy for a Wonder Woman cameo interrupting the Hulk/Loki scene.

The only tweak I might make is Bunsen as Iron Man, so Beaker can be JARVIS.

That would be the X-Men. Alpha Flight would be Guardian or James MacDonald Hudson. He's died what? 4 times?
Technically, Wolverine died the most, since there was that 1 story where every time he got too injured he actually had to fight death to recover, so he was dying all the time. Now i know that sounds stupid, but the actual conclusion to teh story had death rescind teh deal, and tell him he'd have to be more careful in the future... for then everyone else to ignore that...
