I was able to get another weekday ride in. (It does mean that I'm working tomorrow, but the wind is supposed to be crazy tomorrow.) 100.8 km (and, yes, I did indeed bike around the neighborhood to get the last 2 km.)

It wasn't a particularly long day, just one that happened to have a big roll-over on the odometer. (And, truth be told, the number is kind of arbitrary since it marks miles since I last changed the battery in my cyclocomputer.)

Not the Usual Color Young little blue herons are not, as one would expect, blue. They have mostly white feathers with their cerulean nature only being hinted at.

I was able to follow up the Wednesday ride with a ride on the following Sunday. To start the day, I fought a strong headwind for the first 18ish miles (29ish km), and then worked my way back. Ended up with a slightly longer day than expected. I also ordered a book, bought a nifty T-shirt...
