I just thought of a cool combo attack involving Tyrdin. When Tyrdin does his human missile attack on an object or an enemy, I can do the oil/Dragon Breath attack to light that sucker up, meaning Trydin is now flinging a flaming missile around at people. lol

So i know Thursday is this week's game night, but is next week's game Tuesday? I don't know if we ever officially decided.

Tuesday is fine by me. If we can make an effort to make it happen before 2011 it would be great.

Next Tuesday is fine with me.

That leaves Shawnereno. Somebody should probably just call him, he doesn't really get on the forums often.

The game will be played on Tuesday. It can survive without a player. So mark it on your calenders. Tuesday the 14th will be the last game of 2010.

Well if that isn't a kick in the nads I don't know what is. Should I even bother to have another game in 2010?

Sadly, the game’s cancelled.

As the game tonight was specifically dedicated to the player who cannot make it and playing without that player would render the storyline progression moot. I also won’t forget to mention that the turn of events have made things gravely uninspiring to run to say the least.

Sorry for the last moment but if I would have known ahead of time, I wouldn’t have shaped and weaved tonight’s content for the player and I would hate wasting ALL THOSE HOURS OF PREPARATION for someone who simply won’t be there nor have any way to catch up due to the fact they haven’t found the time to listen to last week’s recording nor read the non-existing summary of last week’s game. Skipping ahead to other content would cause a huge storyline hole as this is a critical moment for some characters in your party and decisions made today have been made to affect things later.

Hopefully for those of you whom understand the pains of being a GM find understanding at my decision, those who don’t find forgiveness. Perhaps this could be a lightning rod that will spark a fuel of interest so that the players can dedicate their Thursday nights to play the game and if that’s not possible, discuss with one another to choose another night that they can play regularly. I’ll make it simply for you; my availabilities are every day except for Saturdays.

Furthermore, perhaps this will also provide constructive conversation between players to see who can take on without fault the weekly summary of the game as well. There’s no reason why no summaries have been provided for the last month.

I’m still available for next week, as long as most players can find some measure of motivation to have a final game before the next year. Pick your day as Tuesday seems to be a bad day.

If not, I’ll see you all on the 6th.

Louts.

Yup, I ruined the game for everyone. Taste my wrath!

Jay, I know how it feels, but there's no need for the deflated speech. I'll send you a PM soon.

To everyone else: this wasn't just some blow it off, I don't feel like it, something minor got in the way incident, but actual problem. That may or may not make you feel any better, but there it is.

So are we playing next week? Jay's free and im free that whole week. when is good for yall? i would like to try and get one last session in before the end of the year.

Soooo Jay, I found time to give a listen to the recording. I mean, I only listened to a little bit, but I'm pretty sure the absolute silence I heard was evocative of the whole two hours. I loaded it into the audio editor--it's a blank line all the way through. No sound.

The audio was recorded from DJ Lout, not from Jay, so it only heard itself, which I guess wasn't used for the rest of the session. So there is no recording after I left.

Hey Doom, good news. For now, I've got the new D&D Character Builder working, so you won't have to worry about me needing to use your computer for now.

So are we playing next week? I'm sorry to keep harping on this, but I need to know so I know when to plan getting home. Thanks.

Thanks Esc, I'll get to work on the journal.

As it stands now, I will be leaving to spend the holidays with my family some time next week. They have real spotty internet, so it would not be likely that i would be able to play while down there. Thats why Ive been so pushy with knowing if we're playing next week. That way i could plan to eave after the game. I'm sorry if I've seemed annoying by pushing this forward. hope this explains why.
