Basically, the lawyer who produced this was told by the judge to present his amicus brief for a fairly complex case in five pages. I'm no lawyer, but even I know this is very difficult. So he took a very creative approach...

Judges aren't exactly known for this senses of humor. I have a feeling this went over like a fart in church. Assuming, of course, that it's real in the first place.

Now that is magnificent! Met the requirement and made the argument with perfect clarity. Hope the judge recognizes it as such and does not require a 5 page rewrite.
