Because who wants outsiders to see how incapable, incompetent and wildly flailing you are?

Even if Trump does contract it, he's got access to excellent healthcare, and there isn't a limit to the amount of money that will be spent trying to keep him alive. Unless it triggers some underlying heart problem, he's unlikely to be killed by the virus, even if he does get sick.
