My favorite mullet of all time, belonged to a student of mine. Basically he did the opposite of a chili-bowl. He shaved his head where his hat covered and just let the very back of his hair, that would normally show when wearing a Stetson, grow to about a foot long.
I.... I don't know if I could cite them for that... I know SOMEONE is going to try and say it's not road-legal... but I can't find anything wrong with it, even if I WANTED to! *laughs*
