I've watched this multiple times and I don't get it.
The end of the drill bit has bound into the hole it was making. It’s stuck. The operator attempts to back the drill bit out, but the bit is such poor quality the metal deforms and twists to a reversed pattern. The joke about Harbor Freight is that they sell cheaply made tools and equipment so this bit must have come from there. I’m not sure if NS even has Harbor Freight or equivalent stores. I’ve had very good luck with purchasing stuff from harbor freight, and have found it a good option for getting tools that I’m not going to have to use often or even basically once.I've watched this multiple times and I don't get it.
This might not be poor quality, it could be user error. Some drill bits are made out of softer spring steel and are meant to be flexible, but are really only meant for running wire through drywall and not metal like is being used here.
