This, a thousand times this! good advice for me, too!Try opening your hand. Let it be floppy on purpose. Don't fight the arcs your arm wants to make. Your arm is full of natural compasses. The paper and your preconceptions both have a way they want the lines to flow. Your perfectionism is fighting it. Let the accidents happen and then make them part of the drawing. Be sketchy and keep the lines that work.
