Hmm, I dumped it all in smith and wesson. Guess I need to buy some ruger.Ruger was up today, so not all gun stocks are down.

Of course RUGER went up, when I bought 10k in SMITH AND WESSON.Ruger was up today, so not all gun stocks are down.
So now while smith and wesson is down, sell it and buy ruger while it's up.Of course RUGER went up, when I bought 10k in SMITH AND WESSON.
Buy high, sell low, that's what I always say!So now while smith and wesson is down, sell it and buy ruger while it's up.
You can't lose!
Heh, it does take a little bit out of the sting that almost every single non-gun stock in my portfolio tanked today.Alright gun stocks! That's the way to do it. Cabella's, Ruger, and Smith and wesson are up by near 5 points today!
Thanks Obama!

The superbowl stocks are still doing quite well. I have to decide whether to drop them right before the superbowl, or just after. Will the superbowl itself give them a bump? I think it will, but I don't know...Heh, it does take a little bit out of the sting that almost every single non-gun stock in my portfolio tanked today.
SOOOOO glad I'm not embroiled in that.Man I'm glad I got out of Boeing when I did, before the NightmareLiner troubles brought them down.
Isn't Best Buy in negotiations to go private?Man, what is Ruger doing? It's up another 5 points while smith and wesson is down half a point.
Oh well. Superbowl stuff keeps going up and up and up. Best Buy is up 20 points since I bought it just over a week ago. Comcast, honda, and pepsi are up five points, and the others have only gained 2-3 points since then.
Have another two weeks before the superbowl, and right now all the various investers are thinking, "When will the hill stop climbing..." so they can sell. It'll probably all fall well before the game, so I'm going to sell in the next day or two and think about where to put my money next. I can't imagine best buy is going to keep going up, though, so I'll take that out today.

Most likely, but will the process cause the stock price to drop? The house will never pass anything remotely like this, no matter what the majority of the country says. The NRA has way too huge a lock on these guys.
You 1%-ers. All you care about is money. Most likely, but will the process cause the stock price to drop?
Like the majority of the country has any actual say in legislation. 53% may support the obama gun control bill, but 60% opposed obamacare. Didn't matter. The house will never pass anything remotely like this, no matter what the majority of the country says. The NRA has way too huge a lock on these guys.

Good point. Majority rule doesn't mean much when they are wrong. Right, NAZIS?!?Like the majority of the country has any actual say in legislation. 53% may support the obama gun control bill, but 60% opposed obamacare. Didn't matter.
Yeah, direct democracy, even if it were logistically possible here today, would probably be a bad thing because the majority of Americans are so egregiously stupid it's a wonder their brain remembers to tell them to breathe. (And you are now breathing manually).Good point. Majority rule doesn't mean much when they are wrong. Right, NAZIS?!?
Only some of them. A lot of folks who have them bought them post split.Yeah, direct democracy, even if it were logistically possible here today, would probably be a bad thing because the majority of Americans are so egregiously stupid it's a wonder their brain remembers to tell them to breathe. Anyway. STOCKS. Those Darned DAQQs are still mussin up the rankings keeping me from ascending to my rightful place!
At least 2 of the 3 people above me didn't. Heh.Only some of them. A lot of folks who have them bought them post split.
It's one of those reverse split stocks that I removed earlier. But since Gen Spec was under the limit of what I'd set to remove, he's still lead dog. Basically he gamed the system, but not badly enough that I lowered the boom on him when I was boom-lowering.Huh? What does DAQQ mean?
Curses! Then I def want my money back! It's one of those reverse split stocks that I removed earlier. But since Gen Spec was under the limit of what I'd set to remove, he's still lead dog. Basically he gamed the system, but not badly enough that I lowered the boom on him when I was boom-lowering.
