I heard most cheeses don't actually have any (or much) lactose in them due to the preparation process and that it is mostly just milk that does it. Don't feel like Googling it though...I'm lactose intolerant you insensitive bastard!

I'm a big fan of raclette (both dish and cheese), but I have since developed lactose intolerancy, so I can't eat cheeses in general remotely as often as I used to.I'm a cheese aficionado. One of my favourite meals with my wife is raclette.
I like to put ketchup on my grilled cheese sandwiches. It is delicious. I think I will make grilled cheese sandwiches tonight.
