I just read the Forbes piece. He still doesn't get it. I love how he thinks Mike was in the wrong for not making it completely clear how much influence he had before Christoforo picked a fight with him. He uses the metaphor of picking a fight with a martial arts master in the bar, and implies that the martial arts master should warn an opponent before the first punch is thrown.
I have a crazy idea... how about you don't pick a fight and don't throw the first punch at all? The entire metaphor makes it clear that Christoforo regrets that he was a dick to an important person, not that he was a dick in the first place.
