Can't vouch for it, but the internet sez it was done by a dude who goes by Diegog5, and he used these mods:
UNP-Skimpy Armor for clothing
Dimonized UNP for skin texture
Superb UNP-RL for rendering effects
Apparently you gotta fuck with the settings for Superb UNP, so if you don't want to deal with it, A Realistic Hope ENB is pretty close.
