At the rate he's smoking, from such a young age too, i have a feeling that will take care of itself in due time...

I feel like this is just more of a ploy to shut down the LGBT centers. If faced with having to spend more money on a new program or use it as an excuse to shut down another and save some, I'm guessing they'll go with "shut 'er down"
