[Movies] The DC Cinematic Universe - The David Zazlav Dumpster Fire.

That's a good point, too. They're generally the most likely to team up without constant infighting and ego-blasting like most villain teams.
They are also the most likely to team up and fight out-and-out monsters. The Rogue's Gallery is made up of guys looking to make money or guys interested in taking out The Flash, but it's not the kind of group to hurt the public without a damn good reason and Captain Cold has killed teammates before when they've escalated the fighting beyond what he feels was acceptable.

I know when one of those alt-universe Justice Leagues invaded Cold absolutely destroyed their Flash.

I think this was during the period where Cold had actual powers instead of just the gun, during Forever Evil.

It might be more correct to say that Flash had the most "human" villains. They (mostly) aren't rampaging psychos, generally treat each other like family, and there are actually times you'll see them drop the villain ball and actually make some sound decisions (especially Captain Cold).
Yes, this. Flash is awesome, but his rogues are awesome-r. What other comic has the villains get together for beer and pizza? How many others have villains that mostly live in a gray area, and show a begrudging respect for their hero?

There is new rumor, based on an interview with Michael Shannon in Vulture, that when General Zod will be re-animated, he will have flippers for hands. (via Yahoo)

Isn't it weird that Bizarro World has better DC movies than this planet does? I can just imagine the conversation would have went on BW:

"We am bringing back General Zod for the sequel. Great idea! He am have flippers for hands!"
"That am stupid idea! You am never having lunch in this town again!"

I would take that with a grain of salt. likely he doesn't literally mean flippers but he's wearing some kind of prosthetics that sort of resemble flippers and probably get called that on set.
rumour is he's coming back as doomsday, so big unwieldy prosthetic hands might make sense.

Well, of course.

It's just not as funny. :)

I don't know about that. As much as I like the Mad Max series, I don't think his tone is appropriate for Superman. It's like having Andrew Dice Clay read bedtime stories.

George Miller also directed Babe: Pig in the City and Happy Feet 1 & 2. Dude's got range.

I always said Lucy Lawless would have been a perfect Wonder Woman.

Sadly, Kevin Smith can no longer be Ares.:(

(No, not this Kevin Smith
)

Booster Gold/Blue Beetle movie in the works.

It appears that time travel is in the DCEU's future. The Tracking Board has revealed that Warner Bros. is currently developing a live-action Booster Gold/Blue Beetle film. The project that will team-up Michael Jon Carter & Jamie Reyes is just another film joining the already massively diverse DCEU line-up which includes films such as Aquaman, Suicide Squad, Cyborg and Wonder Woman. The film will be helmed by Greg Berlanti and is being pitched as a "superhero buddy-cop movie" which is something quite different than we've seen before and offering up the opportunity for tons of fun.
Berlanti’s a big name when it comes to Warner Bros. DC properties, having both worked on both Arrow, The Flash and 2011's Green Lantern, as well as being behind the upcoming Legends Of Tomorrow and Supergirl series. The director, producer, and writer is even such a big fan of the character that he even scripted the pilot for a Booster Gold series over at Syfy.
I've been pushing for this for years.

I'm sure it'll get grimdarked up.
The ultimate redemption of the DC movie canon would be to place Booster Gold and Blue Beetle in a grimdark movie, but have them STILL act like buddy/bro cops. Just having Booster Gold show up alongside Batman, sipping a 40 ounce that has Booster Gold shilling on the side, as Ted facepalms, would make the entire movie worth it.
