In Taiwan there's a lifetime ban on giving blood if you've lived in the UK for more than 5 years, like I have. The idea is that we might have Mad Cow Disease.

Just managed to do the DDP Yoga 30-minute Below the Belt AND the 12-minute Red Hot Core. Definitely not workouts easily done back-to-back. Phew!

A happy small pink one that I decorate in silver.
A very tall white pencil tree that I will OCDecorate.
And a large, round, traditional tree for my husband and kids to decorate.
And enough pink and purple Christmas balls and artificial glittery roses to make several wreaths and a happy centerpiece.

I have no idea if it will make it here before Christmas, and will probably not mean anything to anyone here, BUT I MANAGED TO ORDER A HATCHIMAL FROM THE LAST BATCH OF THEM BEFORE CHRISTMAS. It was the hot toy of the year, so it was basically only being sold by scalpers, so I told my daughter it wasn't going to happen. If I can actually have it under the tree, I will win Christmas.
Just upgraded my graphics card from a 745 to a 1060..RUN ALL THE THINGS ON ULTRA!

Did 50 minutes of DDP Yoga this morning (Wake Up, Fat Burner, and Red Hot Core workouts). It feels good to be getting in shape again that I can do that.
