*sniffs* And yes, I do feel bad for those guys, especially Enor. You can just tell his heart is broken by what Gannji asked of him. Before it seemed like Gannji was just using Enor; this strip showed that they are in fact friends, comrades-in-arms. And that makes it even more heartbreaking.

That is my thought, or at least someone related to them. Linear Guild members don't make sense, since the entire nation is looking for them. Don't think any of the Team Evil folks would have been there yet or gotten captured, and all the Tarquin group folks are busy with other nations.
It's definitely somebody that can give them information on where to go from here. Roy will try to talk to them during the battle about it, the other person will be initially unreceptive until Roy says just the right thing, and this will cue Tarquin to sic something on them.
